Olea All Suite Hotel requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. A deposit of 30% of the full amount is due at the time of booking. For non-refundable rate stays, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 1 May to 30 June 2025 and 1 September to 31 October 2025, you can cancel for free up to five days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays from 1 to 31 July 2025 you can cancel for free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays from 1 to 31 August, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For non-refundable rate stays, cancellations at any time will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows will be charged in full.
