Deposit Policy

Ocean Drive Talamanca requires a deposit of a four-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during high season (1 June to 30 September 2024), a one-night deposit is required seven days before arrival. For stays during low season (1 April to 31 May 2024 and 1 October to 30 November 2024), a one-night deposit is required three days before arrival. For all stays on the semi-flexible rate, full prepayment is due 60 days before arrival. The hotel also charges a $200 incidental fee at check-in, that will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage is found.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during high season (1 June to 30 September), cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged for one night. For stays during low season (1 April to 31 May and 1 to 31 October 2024), cancellations are free up to three days before arrival; those made later will be charged for one night. For all stays on the semi-flexible rate, cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. At all times, cancellations made on the day, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

The open-plan bathroom is screened by a partition wall and has a walk-in rainfall shower. Rooms also have free WiFi, a TV, minibar, a working fireplace and bathrobes and slippers. Rooms for guests with mobility issues are available in this category, and are on the first floor; these rooms are a little larger (30 sq m) and have a French balcony.
