For stays during the festive season (20 December to 5 January) cancellations, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full. At any other time, cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will be charged a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 30 days, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
