Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be charged 45 days in advance of arrival, or 30 days in advance for stays between 16 April-30 September. For stays over the winter holidays, between 18 December-8 January, the hotel requires full, non-refundable prepayment when booking.
