Deposit Policy

Monteverdi Tuscany requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Rooms & Suites Deposit Policy: The full amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking 7 days before arrival. Private Village Houses Deposit Policy: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. 60 days before arrival, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged to the credit card. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Rooms & Suites Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up to 4pm (local time) 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, no shows and early departures will be charged in full. You can cancel for free up to 4pm (local time) 60 days before arrival. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the 50% deposit can be used as credit towards a future stay within 12 months of the original travel date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, no shows and early departures will be charged in full.

Luxury Rooms are light, airy, imaginative, and provide a comforting cocoon of noble weaves, reclaimed materials, and harmonious colours evoking the wide-open natural spaces of the region. All have a seating area, beamed ceilings, custom-made or curated furnishings, hand-dyed bed linens, walk-in rain shower and bespoke bath products. Rooms have a flatscreen TV, free WiFi and iPads. Two of the luxury rooms can be interconnecting (on request).

These suites either have an extra lounging space or a sofa bed in the living room and are also light, airy and imaginative, providing a comforting cocoon of noble weaves, reclaimed materials, and harmonious colours evoking the wide-open natural spaces of the region. All have beamed ceilings, custom-made or curated furnishings, hand-dyed bed linens, a walk-in rain shower and bespoke bath products; some have a small desk and one has a bathtub. All suites also have a flatscreen TV, free WiFi and iPads.

The most spacious and romantic suites with commanding views of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Cetona, are also light, airy and imaginative, providing a comforting cocoon of noble weaves, reclaimed materials, and harmonious colours evoking the wide-open natural spaces of the region. All have beamed ceilings, custom-made or curated furnishings, hand-dyed bed linens, a walk-in rain shower and bespoke bath products; some have a fireplace and separate bathtub. All suites also have a flatscreen TV, free WiFi and iPads.

Monte Cetona Suite

This spacious 58sq m suite has a private balcony with impressive views of the Val d'Orcia, handmade antique furnishings set against plaster-finished walls, and a king-size bed dressed in hand-dyed linens from C&C Milano. There's an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower, a large travertine soaking bath tub and organic amenities. The suite is also equipped with free WiFi, TV, free bottled water (still and sparkling), air-conditioning, heating, hairdryer, bath robes and slippers.
