Deposit Policy

Maslina Resort requires a deposit of 10% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during low season, credit card details are required to confirm the booking and full prepayment is due seven days before arrival. For stays during high season, credit card details are required to confirm the booking and full prepayment is due 14 days before arrival. For stays during peak season (25 June to 5 September), credit card details are required to confirm the booking and full prepayment is due 21 days before arrival. For villa stays during shoulder season, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. For villa stays during high and peak season, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings of two or more villas at any time, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
