Deposit Policy

Malliouhana requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays between 20 October to 14 December 2023 and 13 January to 30 April 2024, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For stays between 15 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, the remaining balance is due on 1 October 2023. If bookings are made after this date, full prepayment will be required at the time of booking. For stays between 1 to 12 January 2024 and 15 to 31 December 2024 the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. For stays at all other times, the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 20 October to 14 December 2023 and 13 January to 30 April 2024 cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 15 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, cancellations are free until 1 October 2023; those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 1 to 12 January 2024 and 15 to 31 December 2024 cancellations are free until 60 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays at all other times, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
