Deposit Policy

A 50 per cent deposit will be taken for New Year Package; otherwise only credit card details are required upon booking. Payments are requested to be via debit or credit cards, cash will not be accepted at this time. For bookings for 5 rooms or more, a minimum 50% deposit of the estimated expenditure on accommodation and food as detailed on the reservation form is payable within fourteen days of the client receiving the confirmation of the reservation from the hotel. Full prepayment of the estimated expenditure is required 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation policy for those bookings is 16 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival, otherwise the full amount of the stay will be charged (unless the room can be filled). Credit card preauthorisation with the card used to book will be made 24 hours before arrival, and updated the day before departure to take into account extra charges during the stay. Please note that the card used to book should be the same as that used to pay. For stays over Easter, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival, otherwise the full amount of the stay will be charged. Any confirmed reservation for 5 rooms or more will be subject to a cancellation charge. Cancelled within 16 weeks incurs a 25% charge, within 12 weeks a 50% charge, within 8 weeks a 75% charge and within 4 weeks the charge will incur in full.
