Deposit Policy

Full payment by Visa MasterCard American Express or direct deposit is required two months before arrival. For stays from 17 December to 12 January inclusive a non-refundable deposit of one night's stay is required within 14 days of booking. Payments by Visa or Mastercard have a 1.6 per cent surcharge (subject to change); payments via American Express have a 3 per cent surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within two months of the arrival date will be refunded 50 per cent of the total paid. Cancellations made within one month of arrival will be charged in full; the same applies to no-shows any unused services or unused nights due to flight or weather disruption. The hotel strongly advises guests to take out travel insurance. Rates are subject to change without notice.

A white domed roof with flowing fabric draped from the centre creates the illusion of camping, but unlike the early pioneers and explorers (after which the tents are named), guests revel in sublime comfort on a bespoke Bailie king-size bed draped in organic linens and throws. The flick of a bedside switch is all it takes to raise the blinds and watch the spectacular moods of Uluru at sunrise from floor-to-ceiling windows. Each luxurious tent has a private ensuite with a shower, a balcony with day-beds for comfortably surveying the scenery and a free minibar filled with Australian fine wines and gourmet snacks. Beds are dreamily comfortable, but if you want to sleep under the stars you'll find luxury swags to unfurl on thew balcony. Beds cannot be split into twin beds, if you'd prefer twin beds please prioritise booking the Luxury Tent King/Twin room.
