Lizard Island requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The full booking amount will be charged 30 days before arrival.
The cancellation policy changes depending on the season. In low season, cancellations made more than 31 days before arrival won’t be charged. Cancellations made 30–15 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total booking; cancellations made 14–0 days before arrival will be charged for the whole stay. In high season (18 December–7 January), cancellations made more than 61 days before arrival won’t be charged. Those made 60–31 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent, and those made 30–0 days before arrival will be charged for the whole stay.
