Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Likuliku Lagoon Resort requires a further deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Final payment for the bookings must be made 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the resort. For stays before 31 October 2017 and between 19 December 2017 and 6 January 2018, 1 April 2018 and 31 October 2018, and 21 December 2018 to 4 January 2019 cancellations must be made 28 days before arrival or will be charged in full. This also includes bookings taken and cancelled within this timeframe. At all other times of year, cancellations can be made for free upto 21 days before arrival at the hotel; cancellations made between 21 and eight days of travel will incur 50% cancellation fee; and bookings cancelled seven days or less from the date of travel will be charged 100% of original booking. No shows, early departures and late arrival will be charged in full for original booking.
