Deposit Policy

Lesante Cape Resort & Villas requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. If booking the flexible bed and breakfast rate, the 50% deposit will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. If booking semi-flexible rate: the 50% deposit is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

The flexible rate allows you to cancel or change your booking for free until 14 days before your arrival date. It’s 21 days on the semi-flexible rate. Within those time periods, 50% of the booking total will be charged. For no-shows, 100% of the booking total will be charged.
