Deposit Policy

Lesante Cape Resort & Villas requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. If booking the flexible bed and breakfast rate, the 50% deposit will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. If booking semi-flexible rate: the 50% deposit is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 21 days before 18:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 1 hour before 15:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge in full.
