Deposit Policy
For flexible rates:
30 per cent of the total amount is taken as a deposit at booking; the balance is due seven days before arrival.
For semi-flexible rates:
50 per cent of the total amount is taken as a deposit at booking; the balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For flexible rates: Cancellations received more than seven days before arrival will receive a refund of their deposit; cancellations received less than seven days before arrival will be charged in full.
For semi-flexible rates: Cancellations received more than 14 days before arrival will receive a refund of their deposit; cancellations received less than 14 days before arrival will be charged in full.
Special policies are in place for bookings effected by Covid-19, these are as follows; if the French government decides to close French borders, a refund is possible, and if the guest's government closes its borders, the booking amount will be refunded as credit. If travellers test positive within 24 hours of arrival, the booking will be refunded as credit to be used within the 2022-2023 winter season, or the 2022 summer season, upon request; in these cases guests must provide the names and passports of each traveller at the time of booking and send the hotel the positive test result (in English or French) in question. If several rooms were booked, cancellation is possible only for the room of the guests who have tested positive. If any of these documents are not provided upon booking, no cancellation will be possible.
