Deposit Policy

Le Sereno requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. This is due upon booking. The remaining 75 per cent is due 30 days before arrival. For festive bookings, a 50 per cent deposit is due upon booking, the remainder is due by 1 September 2022.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before 18:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge in full.
