Our favourite rooms
Opt for a room with ‘Castle View’ in its name if you fancy opening your curtains to that magnificent Renaissance monolith every morning. (We particularly like the regally roomy Junior Castle View.)

The spa has two treatment rooms for tailored-to-you massages and facials, a steam room, sauna and an outdoor Jacuzzi with a view of the Castle's roofs.

Bring your hair extensions to come over all Rapunzel/Louis XIV; pack breeches and brocade if you want to take things really seriously.

Sustainability efforts
The hotel has been awarded the Green Key eco-label and has implemented several eco-friendly practices such as waste reduction, composting and the use of seasonal local produce. Car usage is minimised through bike rentals, electric trolleys, and car-sharing initiatives. Water and electricity consumption is curbed with water savers, pressure reducers, LED lights, and sensors. Additionally, the hotel's green spaces utilise drip irrigation systems.
