Deposit Policy
A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full.
Le Jardin des Douars requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made between 100 and 30 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25 per cent of the booking those made between 30 and 10 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the booking and those made less than 10 days will be charged 75 per cent of the booking. No-shows will be charged for the full stay.
