You’ll have the run of Lake Kora with this sensational camp experience. There’s the lake-view six-bedroom lodge, which can sleep up to 11 guests with a mixture of twin and king-size beds. There are two cosy cottages, which stand side by side overlooking the lake, with a shared outdoor veranda; each has space for up to four guests, a full kitchen, large dining area and a living room with a wood-burning stove. The pair of lakeside Boathouses are perfect for couples; each has a king-size bed, a fireplace or wood-burning stove and a balcony. The open and airy Gardener’s cottage is a more contemporary take on Lake Kora’s otherwise traditional feel; it has a king-size bed, a kitchen and living room, and a private stone patio with a table and chairs, its own floating deck, with two waterside Adirondack chairs. There’s also a whimsical, two-bedroom treehouse-style cottage that sleeps up to four people; it has a shared bathroom and a cosy living room, dining area and kitchen. Finally there’s the perfectly secluded three-bedroom Island cabin, which is set on an island in the middle of the lake and accessible only by boat; it has an open-plan living space with a double-sided fireplace, a kitchen and lounge area, and a wraparound deck with sweeping lake views. The bathroom layout varies between cabins, lodges, and bedrooms; some have freestanding claw foot bath tubs, some have walk-in showers, and some have a shower over the bath tub.
