Deposit Policy

La Samanna requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. During the holiday period (18 December to 4 January) a 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 205 days prior to arrival. The remaining 50% balance will be taken 90 days prior to arrival, and will be non refundable if reservation is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

For stays 19 December - 4 January, cancellations made less than 205 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent; cancellations made less than 90 days before arrival will incur a charge in full. For stays 1 June- 31 July, cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. For stays during the rest of the year, cancellations must be made by 4pm local time 30 days before arrival otherwise 50 per cent of the stay will be payable. A deposit of 50 per cent plus tax is taken when you book.
