A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Kumu Beach requires a further deposit of a four-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For stays during peak season (14 December to 29 February), a 30% deposit will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. For all other stays, full prepayment is due 30 days before arrival.
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 29 days before 14:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 1 night. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 7 days before 14:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge in full.
