Deposit Policy

Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. This deposit is only for stays in the Presidential Suite and the Grand Deluxe Suite; for all other rooms, no deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within two days of arrival will be charged for the first night.
