Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Kokomo Private Island Fiji requires a further deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance will be collected 30 days prior to arrival.

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge in full. Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 20 percent.
