Deposit Policy

KK Beach requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. This is due upon booking confirmation. For stays from 19 October to 20 December 2024 and 11 January to 31 March 2025, a 50% prepayment is due 30 days before arrival. For stays between 20 December 2024 and 10 January 2025, full prepayment is due 60 days before arrival. For stays from 31 March to 20 December 2025, a 50% prepayment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 19 October to 20 December 2024 and 1 January to 31 March 2025, you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay. For stays between 20 December 2024 and 10 January 2025, cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays from 31 March to 20 December 2025, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay. No-shows will be charged in full.

At 105sq m, these expansive top-floor suites are the largest in the hotel. Each has an expansive bedroom with a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large furnished balcony with a café-style seating area, two sunloungers and sweeping ocean views. The ensuite bathroom is big and bright, with ample space for a bath tub, large walk-in shower and twin sinks. There’s also a lounge and dressing area by with a sofabed, making the suite ideal for those travelling with a child. Other features include Bluetooth Bose speakers, a flatscreen TV, free WiFi, air-conditioning, an in-room safe, a minibar and tea- and coffee-making kit.
