Deposit Policy

Kisawa Sanctuary requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable and is due within seven days of booking. The remaining balance is due 40 days before arrival. Over the festive season (22 December to 4 January), the non-refundable deposit is 50 per cent, with the balance due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 30 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 40 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
