Deposit Policy
Kisawa Sanctuary requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable and is due within seven days of booking. The remaining balance is due 40 days before arrival. Over the festive season (22 December to 4 January), the non-refundable deposit is 50 per cent, with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The balance of each booking is due 40 days before arrival. Cancellations made after this time will forfeit the full amount of the booking. For stays over the festive season (22 December to 4 January), cancellations are free up until 60 days before arrival, after which time the full amount will be payable.
