Deposit Policy

Kenoa Resort requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For bookings that fall between 26 December 2023 and 2 January 2024 or over Carnaval, between 9–14 February 2024, you’ll need to pay in full at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel for free up to 30 days ahead of your arrival date. For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before your arrival date, you’ll lose half of your deposit (25% of the cost of your stay). Cancel with less than 15 days’ notice or fail to show up, and you’ll lose your whole deposit. Bookings that fall between 26 December 2023 and 2 January 2024 or over Carnaval, between 9–14 February 2024, are non-refundable.
