Deposit Policy
Kanopi House requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% non-refundable balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival.
Because of our strict no refund policy, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
In the event of a cancellation, the money collected will be used as a credit towards a future stay with us within one year of your original arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation more than 15 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be used as a credit towards a future stay with us within one year of your original arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation within 15 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking will be applied, with the credit balance left to be used towards a future stay within one year of your original arrival date.
In the event of a no show, the credit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Because of our strict no refund policy, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
All credits must be used within 365 days of your original arrival date.
