Cancellation Policy

For high season, standard rate stays from 16 June to 11 September 2025, you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. For mid and low season standard rate stays from 17 April to 15 June 2025 and 12 September to 26 October 2025, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. For Kalesma Apollon and Kalesma Artemis Villa stays, cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For non-refundable rate stays, cancellations at any time will be charged in full. At any time, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

These 63sq m white-walled suites are dressed in an all-natural wood panelling and light hued tiles with large doors that welcome in natural light and a gentle sea breeze. Each suite has a 140–180sq m terrace that partially overlooks the Aegean Sea and comes with a private heated infinity pool, double sunloungers, an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, and an alfresco dining area. Inside, you'll find a bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed that can fit two little Smiths (or one adult). The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and twin sinks. The suites also have free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, Sonos sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar with free soft drinks and snacks, tea and a kettle, free bottled water and Frederic Malle bath products.
