Kai Tulum requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The deposit is non refundable and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. During peak season (24 December–10 January), the stay must be paid in full at booking.
During peak season (24 December–10 January), all bookings are non refundable. Beyond that, if you cancel at least 14 days before arrival only the 50 per cent deposit will be kept. For later cancellations, the entire stay will be charged.
