Cancellation Policy

For stays over the festive season (21 December 2025 and 10 January 2026), cancellations up to 120 before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during high season (3 March to 10 May 2025 and 11 January to 10 May 2026), you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during low season (11 May to 10 October 2025 and 11 May to 10 October 2026), you can cancel for free up to 15 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during shoulder season (11 October to 20 December 2025 and 11 October to 20 December 2026), you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
