A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort requires a further deposit of FJD 1500, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival, the accommodation must be paid for in full.
All deposits are non-refundable. For any reservation cancelled between 45 and 14 days prior to arrival, a penalty fee of 50% of total stay will apply. Full stay payment will be required for any reservation cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date, for early departures, or no shows.
