Janu Tokyo requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The deposit is only due to stays over certain dates: for stays from 16 March to 13 April 2024, 21 to 29 December 2024, 15 March to 20 April 2025 20 to 26 December 2025, 14 March to 12 April 2026 and 19 December to 27 December 2026, you’ll pay in full 14 days before arrival. For stays from 30 December 2024 to 02 January 2025, from 27 December to 03 January 2026 and 28 December to 31 December 2026 pay in full 21 days before arrival.
For off-peak stays, you can cancel for free up to 3pm local time, two days before arrival. If you cancel after that, you’ll be charged for one night of your stay plus tax. Early departure after check in will also be charged for one night plus tax penalty. No-shows will be charged in full. For stays from 1 October to 30 November 2024, 25 January to 1 February 2025, 27 September to 30 November 2025, 14th February 2026 to 22nd February 2026 and 1st October 2026- 30 November 2026 you can cancel for free up to 3pm local time, seven days before arrival. If you cancel after that, you’ll be charged for one night of your stay plus tax. Early departure after check in will also be charged for one night plus tax penalty. No-shows will be charged in full.
