Deposit Policy

For stays between 20 December to 31 January, the hotel requires full prepayment 90 days prior to arrival. For all other dates, a valid credit card is required as guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 90 days before arrival will incur a charge of 250 NZD. In the event that Huka Lodge is unable to replace a cancelled reservation, the following applies: For stays between 20 December – 31 January, cancellations made between 60-30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the booking total; cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the booking total. For all other dates, cancellations made between 30-7 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking cost; cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the booking total.
