Cancellation Policy

From now until the end of April 2021 stays booked with a flexible rate can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival with no charge; later cancellations and no-shows will be charged for 50 per cent of the total stay. For stays of four nights or more cancellations within 10 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. For stays of one to three nights in high season (weekends in May and June 22 May – 5 June 20 – 26 June 2 – 7 July 10 – 14 September 24 September – 4 October 30 December – 2 January) cancellations received less than five days before arrival (by 3pm local time) will be charged in full. For stays of four nights or more in high season cancellations received less than ten days (by 3pm local time) before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. For stays of one to three nights at all other times of the year cancellations received less than two days before arrival (by 3pm local time) will be charged in full. For stays of four nights or more at all other times of the year cancellations received less than five days before arrival (by 3pm local time) will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay.

The Penthouse Suite has classic views of the city, overlooking Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur.
