Deposit Policy
A credit card is required to secure your booking. For stays up to seven nights (excluding those from 30 December to 1 January 2022 inclusive and from 9 July to 20 August 2022), a deposit of one night of the total stay a room plus tax will be charged when booking.
For stays from 9 July to 20 August 2022 a deposit of 50 per cent of the total stay a room plus tax will be charged when booking; the remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
For stays of seven nights or more a deposit of 50 per cent of the total stay will be charged when booking.
For any reservations made within less than 15 days of the arrival date, 100% of the deposit is due when booking and it is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
For stays outside of July and August bookings can be cancelled free of charge providing they are cancelled by 3pm (local time) seven days before arrival. Bookings cancelled within seven days of arrival will be charged in full.
For stays in July and August bookings must be cancelled by 3pm local time 21 days before arrival to avoid being charged in full.
If a guest leaves early or fails to arrive the full stay will be charged.
