Deposit Policy

A full 100%, nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking for stays during 6 - 10 February, 24 - 27 October, and 24 December 2019 - 1 January 2020. For stays on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights, cancellations received made less than three days before arrival will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival or 100% of the booking will be applied as penalty. No Shows will incur a 100% charge of the booking. For stays on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights, cancellations received made less than three days before arrival will be charged in full. Full, non-refundable payment is taken at booking for stays between 6 - 10 February, 1 - 4 March, and 24 - 27 October; cancellations and amendments to stays within these dates will be charged in full as according to the original booking.
