Hotel Cigno requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For stays between 24 December and 1 January, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable if you subsequently cancel.
You can cancel for an admin fee of US$80 up to 15 days ahead of arrival; after this, you’ll forfeit the one-night deposit, including taxes. No-shows and early departures will be charged in full. Stays between 24 December and 1 January are non-refundable.
