Hotel Christopher requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. For stays during the festive period (20 December to 7 January), the remaining balance is due by 1 October. These payments are non-refundable. For any cancellations, a non refundable 5% bank fee, applies to all reservations.
All bookings must be cancelled at least 30 days before arrival in order for the deposit to be refunded minus a 5% bank fee. If the cancellation happens less than 30 days prior to arrival the deposit is not refunded.
