Hotel Casa San Agustín requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least seven days before arrival to avoid a fee. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the total stay booked. Bookings made over Sept. 29-Oct 2 and Oct 6 to 9 2016 are subject to special blackout cancellation policies: all reservations booked during this time have a minimum stay requirement and are booked at a premium rate. All reservations have a firm 45 day cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled 45 days prior to your arrival date or you will assume responsibility for the entirety of your room stay. A 100% deposit is required 50% is non-refundable at any time and the remainder is refundable up until 45 days prior to arrival date. The 100% deposit will be collected at the time of booking your reservation.
