Cancellation Policy
For stays between, 1 January to 30 March 2023, 2 July to 5 September 2023, 1 November to 22 December 2023, 7 January to 21 March 2024, 30 June to 5 September 2024, 3 November to 4 December 2024 and 9 to 19 December 2024, cancellations are free up to 24 hours before arrival; those made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night's stay. For stays between 6 September to 11 October 2023, 15 to 31 October 2023, 2 to 29 June 2024, 5 to 8 December 2024 and 20 to 23 December 2024, cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival; those made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's stay. For stays between 31 March to 5 April 2023, 9 to 27 April 2023, 2 May to 1 July 2023, 12 to 14 October 2023, 23 to 28 December 2023, 1 to 6 January 2024, 22 March to 1 June 2024 and 6 September to 3 November 2024, cancellations made up to three days before arrival are free; those made within three days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays between 6 to 8 April 2023, 28 April to 1 May 2023, 29 to 31 December 2023 and 24 to 31 December 2024, cancellations made up to seven days before arrival are free; those made within three days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
