Deposit Policy

Hermitage Castelo Casa Chafariz requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For stays on the semi-flexible rate, a 30 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. For stays on the flexible rate the full balance is due 14 days before arrival. Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking. For long-stay rate bookings, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 30 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
