Harbourmaster Hotel

With exposed stone walls and lovely views of the harbour through large Georgian windows, these cosy single rooms are in the original harbourmaster’s house and can be reached by a listed spiral staircase. Located on the first floor, these harbour-facing double rooms are reached by a listed spiral staircase and have views of the harbour through Georgian windows. Oronsa has a super king-size bed, or can be converted into a twin room. Set in the warehouse, the spacious Gambia room overlooks the hills and Aberaeron town. As well as a comfy super-king-size bed (twin beds are available on request), there's a cosy seating area with Melin Tregwynt throws and pillows and an ensuite wet room with a shower. This room is specially-adapted for disabled access and is reachable via a lift. Cadwgan overlooks Cardigan Bay and has a super king-size bed (can be setup as twins), a small sofa and an ensuite bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. Both rooms have free WiFi, a TV, DVD player, bathrobes and slippers, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and Molton Brown toiletries.

Located in the original building, the first floor Oronsa room overlooks the pretty Aberaeron harbour. The super king-size bed is dressed in luxury Frette bed linen and a cosy Melin Tregwynt blanket, while the ensuite bathroom has a bath-come-shower set up complete with Molton Brown toiletries. Exposed brick and wooden features give the room a quaint, pastoral feel. There's also a small sofa, coffee table, bathrobes, slippers, Smart TV, Roberts Radio and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

On the third floor of the harbourmaster’s house, Madona is an attic suite, reached by a listed spiral staircase. With exposed stone walls and a pitched ceiling, the suite boasts views of both the harbour from the bay window and shoreline from the bedroom, and is decorated in lilac tones. There's a super king-size bed, a sofa and an ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower. The second-floor Aeron Belle room has fine views over the harbour. In the bedroom, there's a king-size bed dressed in luxury Frette bed linen with a vintage Welsh blanket headboard and Melin Tregwynt blanket. There's also a soft velvet sofa. In the large bathroom, you'll find a shower over the bath tub and a range of Molton Brown toiletries. What's more, there are bathrobes, slippers, a Smart TV, Roberts Radio and tea- and coffee-making facilities. These rooms can accommodate two adults or one adult and a child over the age of five.

The Martha Jane warehouse room has its own private terrace overlooking Cardigan Bay. In the bedroom, there's a king-size bed dressed in luxury Frette bed linen with a vintage blanket headboard, a soft velvet sofa, writing desk and cupboard. In the large bathroom you'll find a shower, free-standing bath tub and twin vanity sinks. Plus, there are bathrobes, slippers, a Smart TV, Roberts Radio and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Ideal for solo travellers, there's a single bed dressed in luxury Frette linen with a Merlin Tregwynt headboard and blanket, a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and a small desk.
