Deposit Policy
A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full.
Grace Mykonos requires a further deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.
A deposit of 30 per cent of the total stay will be charged at upon booking confirmation.\nIn low-season 7 days prior arrival; the 30% deposit will be non-refundable. In mid-season 14 days prior arrival; the 30% deposit will be non-refundable In high-season 21 days prior arrival; the 30% deposit will be non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
For stays during high season (1 July to 15 September 2024), cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged 30 per cent of the total stay; those made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged in full.
For stays during low and middle season (17 May to 30 June 2024 and 16 September to 15 October 2024), cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 30 per cent of the total stay; those made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged in full.
At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
