Deposit Policy

Goldwynn Resort & Residences requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For one night stays, a deposit of one night will be taken at the time of booking. For stays of two nights or more, a two night deposit is required at the time of booking, and balance to be paid at the hotel. For stays during the 19 December to 1 January, 50% of the booking total is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If booking within 90 days of arrival, the full booking amount is due upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 14 days before 16:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge in full.
