Deposit Policy

Gaige House & Ryokan requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel more than seven days in advance to receive a refund, minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations fewer than seven days in advance won’t be refunded. For group bookings of three or more rooms, at least 30 days’ notice will be required for cancellations. Holiday or Special Event Periods: Reservations during special event or holiday periods are subject to a longer cancellation policy, which will be stated in the confirmation notes. Should you not cancel your reservation within the specified timeframe, you will be charged for all nights of your original reservation.
