Future Found Sanctuary requires a deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The 20 per cent deposit is non-refundable. The balance is taken six weeks prior to arrival.
If you cancel any time up to six weeks before arrival, you'll forfeit your initial 20% deposit. If you cancel between six weeks and 30 days before arrival, you'll be refunded your payment of the 80% balance minus a 5% fee to cover bank charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable (unless your room or villa is booked by someone else, in which case you'll be refunded 80% minus the 5% fee).
