20% (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 42 days before arrival.
If you cancel any time up to six weeks before arrival, you'll forfeit your initial 20% deposit. If you cancel between six weeks and 30 days before arrival, you'll be refunded your payment of the 80% balance minus a 5% fee to cover bank charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable (unless your room or villa is booked by someone else, in which case you'll be refunded 80% minus the 5% fee).
