Deposit Policy

Fort Bazaar requires a further deposit of a four-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due . For stays during peak season (14 December to 29 February), a 30% deposit will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. For all other stays, full prepayment is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (14 December to 29 February), cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will forfeit the 30% deposit; those made after this will be charged in full. At all other times, you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival; cancellations made after this will be charged in full.
