Deposit Policy

Fontelunga Hotel & Villas requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For semi flexible rates, the remaining balance (70% of the stay amount) is due 28 days before arrival. If staying in a Villa: A 50 per cent deposit will be charged to your credit card (Amex is not accepted) when booking and the remaining balance due eight weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For prepay and save rates, full non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking. For semi flexible rates, cancellations made up to 28 days before arrival will be refunded the 30% deposit amount; those made later will be charged the full stay amount. If staying in a Villa, cancellations are free up to two weeks before arrival during high season and up to seven days before arrival during low season. Cancellations made outside of these deadlines, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full.
