Deposit Policy

Finca Cortesin requires a deposit of 40% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. Except for Suite bookings between 5 to 14 April 2023, 1 May to 30 June 2023 and 1 September to 31 October 2023, when a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking; and Villa bookings between 1 to 30 March 2023 and 27 September to 28 December 2023, when a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. At all other times, no deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

For Suite bookings between 1 March to 4 April 2023, 15 to 30 April 2023 and 1 November to 25 December 2023, cancellations are free up to 72 hours before arrival; those made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for one night’s stay. For Suite bookings between 5 to 14 April 2023, 1 May to 30 June 2023 and 1 September to 31 October 2023, cancellations are free up to 15 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 15 and 10 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the total stay; those made between 10 and seven days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay, and those made within seven days will be charged in full. For Suite bookings between 1 July to 26 September 2023 and 26 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days of arrival will be charged 40% of the total stay; those made 14 and seven days will be charged 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full. For Villa bookings between 1 to 30 March 2023 and 27 September to 28 December 2023, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival. Cancellations made between seven and five days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total stay; those made between five days and 72 hours will be charged 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full. For Villa bookings between 31 March to 26 September 2023 and 29 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 40% of the total stay, and those made within 14 days will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

These 52sq m suites are each decorated with a subtle decadence, with travertine marble floors, Egyptian cotton linens and bright luxe fabrics. Some are on the ground floor and have an 11sq m terrace; some are on the first floor and have a balcony with garden views. Most of the suites have either a porch, private garden or terrace that overlooks the Andalusian mountains, gardens or surrounding golf course. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a marbled ensuite bathroom with a standalone bath tub, a walk-in rain shower and twin sinks. A few of the suites also have a small kitchenette, and all are equipped with flatscreen TV, high-speed WiFi, fresh flowers, and bottled water. An extra bed can be added to the suite for €181.50 an adult, a night or €79.20 a child, a night.
